A CEO Mindset – law of attraction

Good morning!

I’ve been working on Katie’s Koffee. It’s an Etsy store with mugs with positive messages. (By the way, there’s a sale going right now that ends after Dec 25)

I remember talking about mindset in the past and how if you want to become wealthy, you need to act wealthy. I mentioned this even before I began learning about the law of attraction. And even though I’ve talked about it for a while, that idea didn’t really click until today.

I am working on growing my business, and I finally figured out that it’s important to have a CEO mindset. Delegating is so important! I haven’t thought much about that, but a CEO wouldn’t spend time cleaning the office. They would hire someone else to do that.

It’s also so important to value the business. How much revenue should the business be making? My personal goal for my business is to make $60K by the end of 2023. (I think that’s a good initial goal.) And if you divide 60K by 250 (5 days/week and 50 weeks/year), it’s $240. That means that each of my workdays over the next year will be worth $240. If Katie’s Koffee makes $240 a day, and I am the CEO, then I need to spend my time in such a way that the company meets that goal. If I spend my day cleaning, then I am devaluing my company. I’m telling the world that my company is not worth paying someone else to clean or do other tasks.

When you try to do everything yourself, that isn’t a CEO mindset; that’s a worker-bee mindset. And that didn’t fully make sense to me until today. And as soon as I grasped that idea, there were a few things I did. As far as business goes, I decided to hire someone to create good mug designs for me. But on a different note, I changed my pants. The pants I was wearing didn’t feel comfortable, and a CEO wouldn’t deal with that. So, I changed them.

And through the law of attraction, acting like a CEO will bring CEO-type things into your life. Valuing your company will attract others into your life that will value your company.
