Hey y’all,
First off, I want to say how truly sorry I am to one content creator from years ago. I don’t remember who she was or what platform she was using, but I remember that when I was still in grade school, a woman made a post about how she wanted to bake a cake, and she had just the right amount of milk to do so. She said that it was a miracle from God. Someone commented about how God must be too busy with white, suburban women to help with the wars in the Middle East. At the time, I thought it was a funny comment, and that it was pure audacity to claim that the exact right amount of milk for a recipe was from God. However, now that I’m a little older, I actually think that’s a pretty good gratitude practice. Whether you call it God, Energy, the Universe, or something else, it’s a good thing to be thankful for anything good in life, even if it’s something as small as milk.
And that has actually given me the idea to write down and keep track of things that have manifested today. Many of them are such small things that I would easily forget them if I didn’t write them down. And if I want to do it anyway, why not post about it on my blog? It could inspire something in someone.
Things manifested on 11.29.22 & 11.30.22:
-I wanted to have some cash in different denominations of bills to scatter throughout my home, and I found the perfect bills in the closet that I had forgotten about.
-Awhile back, I decided to work on my typing speed, and it suddenly increased from 24 to 31 wpm!
-I do affirmations every night for my husband to get good rest and have a good day at work, and he did last night.
-My son’s sippy cup got a smell to it even though I wash it regularly, so I manifested that it wouldn’t smell today, and it didn’t.
-My son marked up the toilet seat with a toy. And it manifested that the marks came up when I cleaned it.
-Although the math worked out when I did it, I forgot how much we had in the bank account, and I was honestly surprised by how much it was when I checked it this morning.
-A few years ago, one of the YouTubers that my husband listens to had a holiday deal for Omaha Steaks. Last night I mentioned this, and today we got an Omaha Steaks flyer in the mail. (Even though this isn’t a holiday sale, the fact that we got a flyer about them shows me that the Universe heard me.)
-We ran out of cheese two nights ago, and cheese just went on sale at our local store today for the first time in weeks.
We were gifted a leftover holiday ham yesterday, and those thick slices will go perfectly with the thick bread buns that we were gifted to us from a church food pantry. And the cheese that is now on sale will turn that combo into some hearty ham sandwiches.
-I’m not sure exactly what this was, but I’m super happy and proud of it. I feed my dog in the utility room and close the door. When I did this today, I forgot to let her back in. My toddler son, after being in a completely separate room, walked to the utility room door, jiggled the knob, and kept saying “back in” until I remembered about the dog. The boy is barely beginning to talk, and he did that – after not having anything to do with the situation as he was playing when I fed the dog.
I’m sure there are more, but this is a lot already. I’m glad I’m doing this. Gratitude is one of the easiest ways to manifest things. It also always puts a smile on my face to see how blessed I am – even in small ways. It’s amazing how good it makes me feel.
