Hi!
Tonight my son had a filling, home-made dinner.
I was cooking some sausage up for a separate meal, and I added a little of the cooked meat to some cooked rice. Then I added a cube of beef bouillon and some water to it and mixed it all up.
This beef rice was really good and filling for my son and me. This was about 2½ c of cooked rice and maybe an oz of sausage. So, together, my son and I had a big dinner for about 70 cents.
