Hello!
So, I’ve been playing Atlas Earth. It’s a fun little app where you acquire virtual properties and earn some money in the real world. Your friend has invited you to buy virtual real estate in ATLAS: EARTH! Get started for free using https://r.atlasearth.com/xL8c8KrgZsb or use A0MKU6
I’ll tell you right off the bat that this app will not earn you a full income. But with enough inputs, it can get you a small amount of extra cash. I think it’s a good app to have in the background to diversify a portfolio, but not one to rely on. Unless the app makers make some big changes.
In the last few days, I’ve done a lot of math trying to figure out how to make the most money with this app. Now, I think that was dumb, because the differences I was calculating were pennies.
This app will let you pay for things if you want, but there is no real reason to spend if you don’t want to, and I haven’t. At the moment, I only have 5 pieces of property, but my goal is to get to 125. That would give me about 50 cents a day. It’s not much, but it’s a way I could lose every other source of income and still have a few dollars coming in.
What I really want to mention is how, if you link a card, you don’t have to buy anything in the app. When you use that card for certain regular purchases, you get free app money. This is a cool premise that I hope gets expanded. There is also the opportunity to collect diamonds by moving around in the real world. These diamonds let you have spins on the lucky wheel. You could potentially get some good prizes, but I don’t find the prizes worth going out and looking for diamonds. If I’m going somewhere anyway and see one on my phone, I’ll collect it, but I don’t actively look for diamonds. Mostly, I watch ads to give me game money for free. I can get 3-5 properties a week by doing this.
This app is cool to have just because, but it’s easy for it to suck you into a rabbit hole. While it does require some time, I caution anyone using this app not to let it take all your time. You need to live your life.
