Hey y’all,
The other day I mentioned that I was planning to begin selling brisket. I am now cooking the brisket to have a big kick off this weekend and give out lots of free brisket to people. I’m hoping that this make them want more and be willing to buy it.
I’m currently cooking 20 lbs of brisket, and I have at least 5 more to go. I have 2 large groups and at least 4 individuals that I plan to bestow brisket upon this weekend. Wish me luck in this venture. If it goes well, this will open up so many new possibilities for my whole family.
