The Nutty Banana Smoothie

Hey y’all,

It’s time for another smoothie recipe!

This one is so tasty! It’s my current favorite. I call it The Nutty Banana as a play on ‘The Nutty Professor’. The name always makes me smile.

The ingredients in here are:

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 oz greens of choice
  • 1/4 c of oats
  • 2 Tbsp flax meal
  • a sprinkle of salt

Just blend these up with a cup or so of water and enjoy! You can drink this unexpectedly tasty smoothie and feel good knowing that you’re getting a full serving of vegetables, 2 serving of fruit, and 525 calories, and it only costs 87 cents.
