Healthy Lifestyle Coach?

Hey y’all.

I’ve been talking A LOT lately about nutrition and health. That makes sense since it’s what I’m going through currently. However, I’ve always enjoyed learning about nutrition and health, and I’m wondering if I should actually try to coach others?

I’m a bit uncomfortable starting right now, since my skin still looks like a mess. I think I need to fix me first before I jump in and try to give others advice. However, I’m absolutely positive that I’m on the road to recovery, and I’ve begun thinking about future plans.

I would love to help other people avoid some of the pitfalls I’ve been through. There have been so many times in the past where I’ve made mistakes and paid dearly for them. Not to mention, there were 2 decades that I lived through before I even found this information about inflammation, because it’s so unknown. If I start talking about it more, that’s at least one more resource for people.

Let me make it very clear, though. I have no degrees or certifications whatsoever. What I do have is a plethora of knowledge from hundreds of hours of research and the personal experience to know what works and what doesn’t.

There are currently 94 followers of this blog. I’m curious to know what your thoughts are on this. Should I become a healthy lifestyle coach? Should I talk even more about nutrition? Should I revamp this blog to reflect that? Please comment! I want to know your thoughts.
