I found some new info, guys. It should have been something I figured out a long time ago since I watched several documentaries about whole-food plant-based eating. But anyway, I found it now, and better late than never!

Raw veggies DO need to make up as much of our diet as possible! I was going off of what I heard several YouTubers and people from Ted conferences say, along with how I and other people I know felt after eating more raw foods, but this is hard, scientific data!
