Raw Cranberry Sauce

Hey y’all!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Since it’s the holiday, I have a healthy version of cranberry sauce for you.

Raw cranberry sauce (adapted from Amy’s Healthy Baking)

-1c cranberries
-3 T ground flaxseed
-3 T (or to taste) stevia/sweetener
-smidgeon of salt
-2-3 T water

Blend cranberries and water in blender till smooth. Mix all ingredients together and let thicken for 30 minutes.

This recipe is worlds different (dare I say, “better”) than the canned sauce. It’s also raw, sugar-free, and has healthy Omega-3 fats.

It also only takes 3 minutes hands-on, and 33 minutes from start to finish (but you can totally eat it right away, so it could take only 3 minutes)!
