So, I changed my diet up. I was doing the standard Candida Diet, but I’ve basically determined that there aren’t enough carbohydrates in that diet for life.
And no, natural carbs and refined carbs are not the same. Refined carbs are things like cake and pasta. Natural carbs come from fruits and veggies.
Carbs=energy, and the Candida Diet was so low in carbs (but not no carb, so ketosis never happened) that I felt like I was going to throw up or pass out today by noon. I had a small potato for lunch and felt so much better after.
Michelle Mills on youtube has a video about an eczema Candida diet. It contains more carbs, so I’m going to be changing over to that. It’s very similar to the standard Candida Diet, but she recommends to eat things like beans which the standard diet excludes. After one meal from Michelle’s plan, I feel so much better.

Btw, carbs do equal energy unless you’re in ketosis. If you’re in ketosis, fat=energy. This means I wouldn’t have felt so crappy in ketosis, but I was eating just enough carbs to stay out of it.
