These are not my tomatoes. These actually came from my dad’s garden. I’ve been giving him bags of rabbit poop, so he’s giving me part of his harvest.
I’m planning to make pasta sauce with them, but for now, they’re in the freezer. If you freeze tomatoes, they slip out of their skins when they thaw.
