Whew, I always knew I had a stubborn streak, but my stubbornness is so obvious that it’s slapping me in the face.
I made a previous post about how I’d found the property of my dreams.
Since then, I’ve gotten in contact with the owner (because the property isn’t for sale). I proposed buying the property. This morning I got the response: no.
That didn’t phase me, though. I’ve already responded to the owner asking if there’s another way we could utilize the property. I also drafted a response for a future additional ‘no.’
I know from experience that persistence can get you what you want.
I don’t know how long it’ll take to get this property, but I want it, and I’m in it for the long haul. Although I’d much rather it happen sooner than later.
